Every horse its own book

The name is on the cover and at the top of every page, so even loose sheets in the binder always belong to the right horse. A photo on the cover is optional.

For the next horse, open a finished logbook in your account, change the name and photo and create it – everything else stays as it was.

What’s in the logbook

A filled-in week spread: for every day the cough scale, rest, eating and work, the medication, the temperature, the meals and initials — One week on two pages: cough scale, medication, temperature, meals to tick off, notes – and for every day the initials of whoever made the entry.

The ‘Who comes when’ page for October and November, with initials for morning, afternoon and evening — At the front the ‘Who comes when’ plan: morning, afternoon and evening for every day.

The filled-in feeding plan: hay, oats, minerals and carrots by meal — The feeding plan, filled in by hand. Regular medication is already printed on it.

Name and period
Type the horse’s name and pick the month the logbook starts: for 3, 6 or 12 months.

Contents and format
The ‘Full’ template has everything in it. Leave out what you don’t need. It prints as A4 for a ring binder or as A5 booklets.

Create the PDF and print
You get a PDF and print it yourself or at a copy shop.

Putting it together and flipping through the preview is free and needs no account. For the PDF you sign in with your email address – there is no password.

What it costs

A logbook for one horse for a full year costs CHF 2.50, or CHF 1.40 in the largest pack. The first year for three horses is on us.

Actual size

‘Actual size’ or 100 %, not ‘Fit to page’. Otherwise the punch holes hit the text.

Both sides, the right edge

A4 for a binder flips on the long edge, A5 booklets on the short one. Otherwise every back page is upside down.

One test sheet first

Print one sheet and have a look. Only when it’s right, print the rest.

Account and logbooks are stored in Switzerland. No ads, no cookies.
The PDF is yours. Print it as often as you like.
No subscription. You buy when you need logbooks, and what you buy doesn’t expire.

For stables

One account for all horses. All the logbooks are kept there. You can download a PDF again or create it anew without paying again.
Several people, one book. Whoever made an entry leaves their initials on the day; who is due to come is in the ‘Who comes when’ plan. You write the names in by hand, because the people who help in the stable change.
Bulk price. A year for 25 horses costs CHF 35 in the largest pack – CHF 1.40 per horse.
No subscription, no app. You pay with TWINT or card, and anything unused is refunded within 14 days.
